GB Roof Garden (Athens, Greece)
The restaurant on the roof at our hotel (the Grande Bretagne) is known for its views. The food is decent (octopus pasta and fresh fish), but nothing to write home about. The evening that we were there, we had a front row seat on our left to the pro-Palestinian (we think) demonstration in front of Parliament. On our right, we could see the Pantheon lit up in all its nighttime glory. And in the center, there was a beach volleyball tournament going on in Syntagma Square (seriously).
Quick Pitta (Athens, Greece)
We went to this place because it was still open after midnight. To our surprise, it was quite good, and still bustling after we left.

1800 Restaurant (Santorini, Greece)
Located in a renovated captain's mansion on the northern tip of the island, this historic restaurant recently hired a new chef who serves "molecular gastronomy." Think Alinea but with a Greek twist. The rooftop terrace is a great place to watch the famous Oja sunset.
