We visited our friends Chris and Jaime in Hampstead. They took us to this adorable cafe called Ginger & White.
Apparently "flat whites" are all the rage right now. They are made with steamed milk + coffee, kind of like a cappuchino, but from New Zealand.
This is an Eccles cake. There are raisins and figs inside.
OMG...the poached egg has a little hat on it. I know what I want for Christmas!
Yogurt, fruit, and cereal. Very healthy.

The neighborhood pub is called The Tandem, subtitled Hungry Horse, which we think is a local restaurant chain. On Wednesdays, they have curry + a pint for only £4.99.
Burger and chips
