Hommus (chickpea puree with garlic and tahini), htipiti (roasted red peppers) and tzatziki (yogurt and cucumbers with dill) with pita bread
Crispy brussel afelia (brussel sprouts, coriander seeds, barberries)
Hamachi sashimi
Crispy skirt steak with green chile zhoug sauce
Trio of desserts. There were a lot of apricots involved, but the baklava ice cream was the best.
