We came across this fast food joint while browsing the street markets in Palermo Soho. With more than a dozen toppings ranging from jalapeno to various cheeses, we couldn't resist sharing a hot dog. With the help of a friendly woman who was able to translate for us, we ordered a hot dog with parmesan and olive oil/parsley, topped with crisp fries. Yum!
You forgot to mention that we also had bonus toppings of human heads. Yum!
