Tennessee pitmaster Patrick Martin began cooking barbecue almost 20 years ago, learning the art at local whole hog barbecue joints while attending college in Henderson, TN.  Whether cooking whole hog or whole shoulders, Patrick incorporates West Tennessee's legendary barbecue style as the cornerstone of Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint, the celebrated restaurant he opened just outside Nashville in 2006.
