Ubon's BBQ of Yazoo @ Big Apple BBQ (NY, NY)

Mississippi pitmaster Garry Roark's "Champion's Choice" barbecue sauce has been a Roark family tradition for five generations.  In 1989, Garry and Elaine Roark started competing on the "Memphis in May" circuit to introduce Ubon's Dipping BBQ sauce to cooking teams all over the country.  They've won 24 Grand Championships, and now Garry and his daughter, Leslie, run two Ubon's restaurants in Mississippi.
