Pitmaster Skip Steele began his 'cue career over 30 years ago when he built his first smoker out of an ammonia tank.  He's honed his skills across the country, cooking in New York, Las Vegas, and ultimately, St. Louis.  He's won numerous competitions, including leading a team to a World Championship in Whole Hog at the prestigious Memphis in May.
